The Arts Marketplace at Studio Park

Launched in December 2020, The Arts Marketplace is focused on filling our space with diverse artists and retailers that will enhance the retail presence in Downtown Grand Rapids, while doing our part to serve and promote diversity in our city. Donor funds help offer tenants rent subsidization for the first 6+ months to remove start up barriers; allowing for scale and long-term success and profitability. The Arts Marketplace supports new tenants with programming and unique ways to engage the community and create a retail experience that becomes a destination for anyone living in or traveling to Grand Rapids.
